Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of stewards including scheduling training and performance evaluations
Ensure that all areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner
Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure efficient and costeffective operations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of guest requests and special orders
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Train and mentor new stewards providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their role
Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and activities on board
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations in the hospitality industry
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed
