About you: • You have a hunter's mentality - big deals endlessly excite you but you understand the value of closing deals of all sizes • You are able to switch between Enterprise Sales cycles and it’s complexities and Mid-Market selling • You understand the importance of preparation, process, and urgency • You can work independently, and are solution-driven • You are persuasive and present ideas with conviction • You are successful in building relationships with Senior level executives and stakeholders • You enjoy collaboration and problem solving What You Have Done • Fluency in English and Arabic • Naturally ambitious and loves closing new business • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, experience in Databases a distinct advantage • Proven track record in achievement of quotas • Ability to understand your business and forecast accurately on it • Knowledge of Open-Source Software market place preferred • Experience selling into Global 2000 accounts companies • Solution selling experiences and mindset • Understands Services sales • Comfortable with travel and customer-facing opportunities, when required • Customer centric focus • Experience or interest in agile quick growth companies • Leadership and mentoring with peers and team • Enjoys a global team environment
