The candidate selected for this opportunity will be responsible for handling customers and understanding their needs achieving monthly sales targets in a timely and efficient manner Communicating and identifying client requirements and recording any vehicle issues. The candidate will be required promoting upselling and cross selling products and services to clients maintaining customer service excellence to ensure repeat business. This role also requires the selected candidate to provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis. The selected candidate should have at least 12 years of experience in similar role.

We at E.K.Kanoo are looking for a Service Advisor. The ideal candidate would have excellent English communication in both written and verbal English. Arabic would be an advantage. The selected candidate should be an energetic effective team player and good in customer engagement has good administrative skills and is target driven. Having the technical background in commercial vehicles as well as computer skills are instrumental to perform this role efficiently and effectively. You will have completed your Diploma in Automotive or equivalent to be selected for this role.
