- Greet the customers and offer excellent service at all the time
- Listen and determine vehicle issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders to workshop to complete
- Follow up with the customer during the work in progress, if additional work required, in the case of delay occurs and after completion of all repairs
- Ensure that work is done as promised in terms of time, value and work provided to customers meet quality standards
- Make sure to deliver the vehicles on time, invoice and collect payments from customers diligently
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services and any other concerns
- Maintain customer data and records in DMS and filing
- Any other responsibilities and tasks instructed from the superiors from time to time Reporting & Data Management
- Compile and update daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
- Ensure that all necessary documentation and filing are carried out according to AHA P&P QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Education: Bachelor’s degree /Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Automobile Eng. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Truck & Bus business
