Overview of the role:

  • The purpose of the role will be to oversee the day to day sales operations across the branches including New Used and Motorbike functions.

What you will do:

  • Provide operational support and management of the Automotive sales division of OMASCO.
  • Ensuring budget and KPI elements are achieved or exceeded.
  • Management of all vehicle and motorbike sales providing support to the various managers / supervisors to meet or exceed targets.
  • Development of campaigns to drive volume sales and profitability through all sales channels.
  • Ensure all leads and customer data is collected and recorded through the provided group system Connect / C4C.
  • Ensure all policies are in place and followed in all areas any deviation to be reported and managed.
  • Drive a highperformance culture ensuring high level performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed.
  • Ensure sales division performance on a monthly basis achieves or exceeds budget levels.
  • Continuous improvement of sales divisions.
  • Development of performance culture throughout the various automotive divisions
  • Management of new used and motorcycle stocks to maximize sales performance while minimizing financial exposure and age profile
  • Ensure constant market review of competition to ensure model level pricing ensuring margins are within levels set within budget.
  • Monthly review of sales performance through analysis of Connect / Sales Funnel information.
  • Ensure management and relevant departments are kept informed via the timely updating of prescribed reports.

Required Skills to be successful:
1. Automotive experience.
2. Sales operations experience.
3. Managerial experience.
4. Customer experience management.


About the Team:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director and will work closely with the broader Sales teams and internal and external stakeholders.


What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 10 years of relevant automotive experience with at least 5 in a sales leadership role.
  • Good knowledge of SAP ISAUTO and connect sales process system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic.
  • Valid Oman drivers license
