We are hiring a Sales Associate (Properties) for one of our clients in Oman.
Candidates who have the required qualification and good experience may apply.
Requirements
- Excellent in Arabic and English, other languages will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate specialist
- Proven real estate experience with a track record of forming partnership and relationship across high net worth client
- Extensive experience with dealing with high-net worth individuals and VIP clientele
- Having a legit network of potential investors and property owners
- Excellent knowledge and experience using real estate CRM software
- High net worth client networking
- Market research and data analysis
- Must have a detailed knowledge of property and contract laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property
- Valid driving license
- Omani nationality only
- Age: 35 and below
