Sales & Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

A sales & Marketing manager is in charge of maximizing sales of the company. He/she sets realistic expectations and pushes through on these expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible. They are responsible for the operations of a company s sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring performance of teams and sales & Marketing goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.Marketing and Sales Manager Job Duties:

Overseeing and coordinating all activities and operations of the Sales & Marketing department:

o coordinating the activities of a sales team in order to build a healthy and profitable relation with buyers and other associates;

o assigning members of the team to the company s accounts;

o devising new and original strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets;

o setting weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets for the Sales Executives and other Sales Representatives, making sure these targets are realistic and achievable;

o defining and implementing sales policies and procedures;

o approving all sales plans and budgets.

o Conducts daily sales calls and arrange familiarization/site inspection trips to our properties by corporate clients.

o Participates in weekly sales meetings.

o Organize weekly sales and marketing meetings with Reef Hospitality, Apartments, Villas sector to communicate and unify efforts seeking for the best market exposure.

o Organize FAM trips and local community sight visits to create costumer s awareness on the Reef hospitality sector and related activities.

o Organize and update database from Reef island: Reef Club house and TRC to follow a trustworthy targeted SMS and mail campaigns in the coming future.

o Meets and exceeds individual revenue goals. Effectively manages customers budget to maximize revenue and meet customer needs and identify opportunities to up-sell products and services throughout the sales process.

Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients:

o Looking for and establishing contact with prospective customers and clients for their company; and

o acting as a company representative in trade shows and other related events.

Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.

Meeting with other company Managers to ensure that business objectives are being properly executed and are on schedule.

Liaising with the Marketing department in order to create a more thorough and effective sales campaign and strategy:

o Putting together a team to develop a marketing plan that would benefit both the client and the company.

o Establishing a Sales and marketing calendar in coordination with Reef Club House and TRC restaurants to promote weekly, monthly and yearly activities ahead of time.

o Executing ongoing market surveys to create awareness among the team and drive for revenue competition set.

o carrying out brand promotion.

o Establishing MICE sales based on Reef hospitality sector spaces, facilities and services assuring maximum performance and market share.

o Establishing solid relationships with corporate and government sectors securing tangible market share all year round.

o Manage loyalty programs and memberships for Reef hospitality sector and assure cross selling execution during team sales calls

Overseeing the training processes of new staff members:

o Monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals;

o Establish a KPO s set [Key Performance Objectives] for every team member tracking their performance.

o Following ongoing performance assessments by establishing PDP [Personal Development Plan] for sales colleagues.

o Creating a track able incentive schemes for each sales colleague based on targeted figures forecasting in each segment.

o reading and evaluating the staff s sales reports; and

o ensuring that each team member meets individual goals, as well as the overall sales goal of the company.

Keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends to be able to come up with new and original sales strategies:

o Staying updated in the latest trends in sales by regularly reading specialized literature and attending workshops and seminars;

o Conduct weekly competitor surveys and recommend strategies based on market intelligence.

o Reviews corporate account and recommends actions in terms of rates, production, contract renewals.

o Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to maximize Reef hospitality sector [CH and TRC] profit margin in all revenue producing areas.

o keeping track of the competition and all new trends and products in the market.
