Roessel Joy has partnered with an established private non-profit organization to hire an Information Technology Help Desk Consultant. The Information Technology Help Desk Consultant has the opportunity to prove themselves and ultimately become a full-time, permanent employee of the organization. The ideal candidate for this position has significant experience working in IT; more specifically, the ideal candidate has significant AV Support experience.

Requirements
Ensure that company standards are met when configuring company computer systems
Troubleshoot within systems and programs including, but not limited to, Windows 10, MAC OS, Linux Office Suite, Internet Explorer, and VPN/Network
Handle any issues that arise with phones, printers, and other forms of office technology
Perform hands on AV Support
Support multiple operating systems
Communicate with users to help resolve any issues they encounter
Maintain a strong understanding of services provided by user support
Qualifications:
3+ years in a similar position
AV Support and Poly AV experience
Possess an intimate understanding of how Windows, MAC OS, and Linux operating systems work
Possess strong communication skills
Having a bachelors degree preferred but not required
