• Perform general housekeeping duties to include providing guest laundry services, performing room turns, and stocking of supplies • Perform general office duties such as answering telephones, making guest reservations, and sorting mail • Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms • Maintain cleanliness of lobby and other public spaces • Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, corridors, stairwells, and other work areas • Maintain cleanliness of assigned meeting rooms • Clean up spills and accidents as needed • Clean and sanitize all work areas • Maintain cleanliness of assigned offices • Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms Skills • Schedule and maintain daily cleaning schedules • Include daily room service orders in housekeeping log • Maintain cleanliness of rooms for guests and staff • Maintain and restock consumable supplies • Report all maintenance issues to Maintenance • Assist in guest services • Inform guest of hotel policies and communicate special requests
