الوصف الوظيفي
Job Description: • Promote and facilitate a good working environment within the department and maintain a good working relationship with all FOH. • Ensure regular clients are known, greeted accordingly, and treated as VVIP from arrival to meal experience until departure form restaurant • Ensure the service to guests is of the expected standard, maintaining the reputation of the Restaurant by demonstrating complete knowledge edge of the beverage list and food menus. • Provide highest standards of customer care, providing friendly, courteous, and professional service always with anticipation of guests needs whenever possible • Performs daily duties as detailed in the SOPs and as manager for an efficient and effective restaurant operation
