Python Developer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our HR tech team. In this role, you will develop and deliver cutting-edge solutions and integrations in payroll and human capital management (HCM).

You must be based in the USA and work standard US timezones (UTC-8 to UTC-5/UTC-7 to UTC-4).

• Design, code, and deploy software solutions to integrate with corporate IT systems in HR
• Solve problems in complex systems creatively

Key Applicant Qualifications and Attributes

• Professional development experience using C#, .NET 4.X, MVC: 5+ years
• Experience building and deploying RESTful APIs: 3+ years
• Database design and development experience using SQL Server: 3+ years
• JavaScript, including React or Angular: 3+ years
• Quality focus, including experience writing comprehensive test suites using NUnit, Cypress or similar tools.
• Experience with modern architectures such as microservices and operational tools such as DataDog
• Positive attitude; high Initiative
• History of productivity, contributing value to the business
• Attention to detail & high-quality results
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate between teams

Pluses

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with AWS Lambda, S3, and CloudFormation stacks.
• Experience with Karma, Javascript testing framework, and Gulp, Javascript automation library
• Experience with Moq and XUnit, testing framework
• Powershell a definite advantage
• Experience with full stack development
