- Provision of expert technical knowledge and service to the Project Management team in relation to undertaking the ‘control a phase’ elements of the project and programme lifecycles.
- Lead the integration of the control services within the projects and confirming that the agreed level of service support is available for each project in development and/or delivery.
- Lead on the management of the change control process within the geographical area to provide effective management of the baselines and associated change control processes.
- Lead the effective management and execution of the configuration management processes within the project and programme. I.e. inclusion of mitigation activities identified from the QSRA’s within the cost plans and schedules.
- To identify the critical resource requirements to support the projects and confirm that the supply and demand agreements are established in a timely manner to confirm continuity of resource availability.
