1- Identify the training and professional development needs of educators. 2- Design professional development plans based on the needs of educators. 3- Planning specialized and general educational programs and projects. 4- Developing innovative educational programs suitable for educators and students. 5- Designing and preparing high-quality training packages. 6- Conducting training workshops for the target groups. 7- Follow up on the implementation of educational programs and evaluate the impact of training. 8- Providing constructive feedback on classroom practice to teachers of special education. 9- Group and individual guidance and counseling for educators. 10- Participating in conferences, forums, and special events at Qatar University. 11- Writing reports on the educational programs provided. 12- Collecting and analyzing data related to professional development activities and extracting recommendations from them.
