Procurement Specialist Turnaround

• Manage the Procurement process for a given set of goods & Services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
  
• Good knowledge on Petro-chemical commodities of Materials Pipe, flange Fittings, consumables and spare parts.
  
• Aware on technical procurement of Piping materials and ASTM, ANSI and API code and standards.
  
• Deal with high value Turnaround procurement and obtaining relevant approvals.
  
• Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant purchasing and sourcing concepts.
  
• Supports change in system processes and workflow improvements which leads to function delivery as guided by the Department Manager.
  

Requirements

• Must have Degree in Engineering with 5-7 years experience in Oil and Gas environment
  
• SAP knowledge is mandatory.
  
• Good communication and written skills
