Policy and Partnerships Analyst

Key Result Areas: Contribute to enhancing partnerships framework and strategy for the Center and support engagement with partners to identify areas of collaboration and yearly activations. Assist the Policy and Partnerships Manager with the development of policy framework and enhance the policy agenda of the Center. Identify local and regional key policy stakeholders and supports the Policy and Partnerships Manager in engaging with the stakeholders. Support Policy and Partnerships Manager in designing and delivering training programs promoting participation and representation of women in education, workforce, society, and other key areas of representation. Perform qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, including desk research and field work. Collect data for the monitoring and evaluation plan to track performance of policy, partnerships and capacity building programs that align within the overall impact framework of the Center. Assist the Policy and Partnerships Manager in creating and authoring annual impact reports to highlight work of the Center.
