Pharmacist

• Ensures safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures and protocols
• Liaises with other Healthcare Professionals to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and economic drug therapy
• Provides education and information on pharmaceutical care and medication therapy to patients and other healthcare professionals
• Contributes to the quality management and effective operation of the department
• Monitors progress and results and effectively contributing to project improvements
• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by working with key stakeholders
• Capitalizes on improvement opportunities
• Be a team player and assists team members in performing duties when needed
• Assumes any other responsibilities as required by the job
