• Undertake clinical consultations and provide a high standard of service and care to patients attending the clinic. • Develop and ensure continuity of patient care and appropriate follow-up and referral. • Manage the delivery of competent and professional health services according to the standards. • Assist with ensuring appropriate patient triage and flow within the clinic. • Ensure patient's medical files and documentation is maintained to the highest standards and in accordance with the company standards for clinic services. • Assist in the maintenance, selection and control of the medical equipment and supplies available in the clinic when requested or required. • Ensure an effective and organized delivery of medical services through a self-audit program. • Track and report data on clinic utilization and hygiene inspections by using the standard report templates received during the Dubai premobilization induction with information supplied both to the company and Client, in approved formatting. • Periodically self-audit the clinic standards and SOP by using the self-audit tool and accordingly identify gaps if any and develop a plan of action with the support of the regional operation manager in order to keep the clinic at the highest score possible and ready for the official clinic audit. • Responsible to educate non-medical employees in first aid and CPR. • Ensure disaster plans and emergency response plans are implemented and maintained.
