Manager Venue Event Technology

'• Develop and deliver formal Project documentation & artefacts for all Venue Technology projects.

• Manage overall activity of Venue Technology projects from concepts to production including RFP preparation, vendor co-ordination pre &post tender activities up to transition back to Venue Technology operation on success.

• Manage directly the execution of Project in co-ordination with the vendors and project management team.

• Develop integrated project plans and document functional and technical specifications / requirements for project deliverables based on operational and engineering requirements. For stadiums and venues.

• Support the IT Venue Technology operations and customers and events in defining scope, expectations, and requirements.

• Lead and monitor contract performance against contract requirements and compliance, and maintains client contact on issues, to ensure client satisfaction during the stadium construction and delivery phase.

• Manage and maintain all aspects of program-level risk mitigation costing and planning.

• Act as the SME to engineering team to support Venue Technology projects for all new engineering projects.
