Maintenance Scheduler/Planner

This is a remote position.

• Manage all activities under the Work Centers and Planner Group for the respective area of operation. Download the Work Orders for one year from floating Networks in SAP such as Well Heads, Tanks & Vessels, Relief Valves and all other relevant networks under the Contractor's Planner Group. Prepare a plan list with the Original Due Dates (ODD), Latest Allowed Start Date (LASD) and Latest Allowed Finish Date (LAFD).
  
• Set Partial confirmation (PCNF), Confirmation (CNF). Input equipment history in the Notification after the job has been completed, actual man-hours spent on the job, start and finish time/dates. Populate Purchase Orders (PO) with Service Entries (SE).
  

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma (BSc level) in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical preferred).
  

• Minimum of 10 years with experience in oil & gas maintenance in an oil & gas company, petrochemical company or large contracting organization.
  
• Minimum of 3 years experience in using SAP PM and Primavera P6.
  

• Fluent spoken and written English.
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Must have sound basic skills in relevant branch of engineering.
  
• Good knowledge of on-site HSE Management.
  
• Familiar with maintenance procedures and standards. Ability to read and understand drawings, maintenance manuals, manufacturer s manuals.
