We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo, Cargo Products team as a Mail & Product Development Manager in our office in Doha. Join the #MovedByPeople family and leave a mark as part of the Cargo Products team. In this role, you will manage and implement the strategic direction of the assigned Products. In line with the overall commercial and products strategy, you will manage, develop and implement the Qatar Airways Cargo Product Portfolio. This includes Pharma, Fresh, Live, Human Remains, Courier, Drive, Mail, Valuables and Vulnerable products and includes any other assigned product lines. You will also be responsible for the development, implementation and growth of the network commercial departments, Ground Handling Agent network capability verifications and performance & delivery audits. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include: • Develop & deliver solutions for the assigned Products, ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and customer expectations. • Define, implement and review account management program for assigned Products. • Propose effective sales strategies and promotions suitable for each region to optimize revenue. • Develop a business and marketing plan to optimize revenue opportunities and optimize QR Cargo presence in market globally. • Accountable for ensuring that changes to the product are conducted via cross functional teams and ensure these are communicated effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, across the supply chain. .
