- Facilitate Franchise Agreements: From new franchise licenses to conversions and change of ownership agreements, you'll be responsible for the meticulous preparation and issuance of these vital documents to our franchisees and managed hotel owners.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct thorough due diligence and manage all aspects of licensing execution, including the issuance of franchise disclosures and the collection of fees, to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain Accuracy: Review and verify all licensing data, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Support Licensees: Act as a dedicated contact for licensees or their representatives, providing essential information and guidance.
