A reputable Restaurant located in Qatar is seeking to recruit a Kitchen Supervisor. Main Duties: • Prepare and cook a wide variety of foods, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and presentation. • Assist the head chef in the management of the kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are in proper working order and maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of fresh and high-quality ingredients. • Monitor and control food costs while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of recipes, menus, and pricing. • Ensure the compliance of all sanitation and safety standards. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or any relevant field. • 5 plus years of experience in a related field. • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours. • Strong knowledge pf culinary techniques and cuisine, including international cuisine and dietary requirements. • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. • Fluency in English
