Position Overview: Promote the Group products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing revenue & profits. Visits hypermarkets and other customers in a timely manner to ensure that their needs are being supplied according to requirements and to build good business relation.
Main Position Responsibilities: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective corporate customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling & business visits. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate with the group subsidiaries’ key persons in terms of pricing, delivery, etc. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Preparation of quotations in accordance with customer’s requirements and company standards. Timely follow-up on the progress of quotations submitted to the customers. Negotiating the terms of the agreement and closing sales. Co-ordinates with logistics supervisor to ensure on-time deliveries of orders.
Representing the company at trade exhibitions & events.
Operating Environment: Office work 30% - 70% Field visits Normal duty hours as per company policy.
Dealing with vendors, third parties, customers, dealers, governments, corporates, etc.
Key Performance Indicator “KPI” Achieve sales volume as per Sales Target.
The number of new opportunities/leads opened. Opportunity/lead to win ratio. Engagement With Current Customers Follow-Up Contact Rate. Customer satisfaction percentage.
