- Demonstrate current, effect and applied knowledge and skills related to teaching and learning.
- Actively apply these skills to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge.
- Work with subject-matter experts and identify target audience’s learning needs.
- Work with CETL specialists to design and produce e-learning materials.
- Develop and articulate instructional goals and objectives and design compelling learning activities and materials that facilitates their attainment.
- Create instructional multimedia materials to support teaching goals and learning objectives.
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and learning contexts.
- Creatively combine proven and emergent instructional design theories,practices, tools, and methods to create best-of-breed learning experiences.
- Develop exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
