HSE Lead

ACCOUNTABILITIES
In close contact with the Gallaf Management Team the job holder manages HSE issues related to Contract application and the reporting to MP HSE for Onshore and Offshore. In addition the job holder is accountable for the following:
•Demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules & requirements
•Implement MP defined HSE rules within his area of responsibility.
•Understands, develops and promotes HSE policy, Safety Culture and Objectives (Incident Free, 10 Golden rules, etc.)
•Provide support and expertise to Gallaf projects for achieving their HSE performance in line with CLIENT'S HSE policy and objectives
•Liaise and assist MP Head of HSE in the realisation of the Projects HSE objectives
•Assists MP Head of HSE in his daily activities and perform tasks as per
•Highlight and alert MP head Of HSE about identified CONTRACTOR' deviation from HSE objectives
JOB DIMENSIONS
