Finance and Accounting Manager

• *Keyresponsibilities of the role** You will play a key role in drivingthe finance agenda in our Qatar business, and responsibilities willinclude (but are not limited to): - Preparing, managing, andpresenting relevant reports of JV Financial Statements(P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) - Taking ownership ofthe Monthly Closing and Financial Forecast Processes - Owningproper and accurate reflection of Trade (Discounts - BDA, TPR,Returns, Campaign Discounts) and Marketing investments in Actualsunder the existing ERP systems. - Drive the commercial performancedialogue including the development of reporting, profitabilityanalysis, etc. - Ensure high-quality statutory reporting accordingto international laws and regulations (i.e. IFRS) and Arla Foodsguidelines to relevant stakeholders - Managing Net Working Capitalincluding the performance of Credit Controlling functions - Act asliaison to external auditing firms (as well as internal auditors),while owning primary responsibility for the Company'sviews on technical accounting matters - Managing and overseeing thedaily operations of the accounting function (AP, AR, Tax, andIntercompany ) - Helping the sales team to improve the salesforecast accuracy with the required analysis - Track the salescontribution performance with a sharp eye on promotions anddiscounts level by product, channel&category
