Field Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Civil Engineer and Construction Manager, On construction activities and reporting works progress, quality control and safety issues observed and corrective and preventive actions taken
• Ensure that construction work complies with QCS and Approved shop drawings and being executed as per approved methodology and materials.
• Review and comment on technical submittals (civil works) such as Procedures, Method Statements, Material Approvals, Shop Drawings, As-built Drawings, etc. as per designated work flows.
• Liaise with Supervision Consultant and the Main Contractor for protection of existing services during active construction period.
• Confer with Supervision Consultant and the Main Contractor to discuss and resolve the matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.
