- Participate in the analysis, evaluation, configuration, and alignment of the ERP software to ensure end-user business requirements and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain individual and integrated project plans, including scope, objectives, and milestones, and project organization charts to support the approved ERP implementation efforts
- Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.
- Assists in selecting, and establishing new subsidiary systems, equipment, and system integration if applicable
- The consultant is responsible for coordinating the needs of each of the companys business divisions. Consultants must be able to lead meetings to collect information and then unite these disparate visions into a cohesive whole for the entire company
- Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
- Coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure that they meet their contractual obligations
- Providing support to users by answering questions about how to use the system and troubleshooting issues that arise.
- Monitoring system performance to identify areas for improvement or problem spots that may require further investigation
Requirements
- Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in implementing an enterprise software solution such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Sage, SAP ERP, or similar complex enterprise-level software.
- At least 12-20 years of experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.
- A background in project management or a related field will be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, and business processes.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
- Consistently demonstrate concise written and verbal communication
- Cloud certification (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.) is a plus
