Director of Health

This is one of the top resorts in the world located in Qatar We looking to talk to individuals that are on a wellness journey both on a personal or professional level with the required expertise to : Guide and assist the leadership team translate the Health & Wellness strategy into actionable programs and activities throughout the resort. Develop and implement health and wellness programs while ensuring the right structure and operational policies and procedures are in place. Maximize guest satisfaction through efficient planning, organizing, directly, and controlling the operations and administration of the department. Ambassador of the companys wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness among team members by leading by example. Qualifications : BA/Bs in Wellness or Hospitality Management (preferred) or equivalent Work experience : Proven experience in the Health and Wellness industry, ideally in a Health and Wellness resort setting. Experience working with large multicultural teams
