- Assist the business development team with the management of social media accounts and the customer queries (Sales and information), complaints and feedback, via website and email. Related duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following.
- Reply to daily emails received from old clients and leads of multiple websites.
- Negotiate with prospect clients on all inquiries received from old clients and leads of multiple websites.
- follow up on pending payments
- Create explanatory sales videos
- Maintain a database of all inquiries received
- Maintain a sales report.
- Looking for prospect clients/follow up with inactive leads.
- Customer query on all social media handles
- Assemble and maintain data on success and accomplishments
- Create data reports and improvement plans as and when needed
- Maintain a consistent and high degree of punctuality, accountability and service.
- Perform other related duties and Projects as and when assigned
