• BE/MBA with 14+ Years of Experience in Purchase from any pharmaceutical Company

Job Role :

1. To lead purchase team for sourcing all kind of materials required in Also extend support to group companies for sourcing right kind of materials within time & Cost effective without affecting desired quality norms if needed.
2. Procurement of Raw material, Packaging material, chemicals (API / Excipients) & Other Consumables from approved vendors & need to decide payment terms as per policy of the company as decided by
3. Procurement of engineering
4. Artwork development & new vendor
5. Making a tentative purchase budget based on annual business plan and initiate cost saving
6. Responsible for design, develop and implement, purchase related instructions, policies, and procedures as per cGMP

Administer online purchasing

1. Maintain records of goods ordered and
2. Prepare and process requisition and purchase order for supplies and
3. Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with
4. Hands on experience on SAP, Excel
