• Manage all aspects of daily operations including optimum use of manpower and equipment to ensure the efficient and cost effective handling & storage of materials.
• Analyse performance throughout the operation and plan / implement improvements.
• Maintain the facility to agreed standards
• Responsible for all staff training and implementation of HSE and Security procedures.
• Continually develop new business through the introduction of new clients and improved or innovative service offerings.
• Liaise closely with key customers to ensure business is retained
• Provide full reporting to senior management
• Provides daily contract administration support.
• Administers the contract, responsible for overseeing all contractual correspondence, and claims processing.
• Maintains a continuing review of the work progress and provides management with information regarding financial, legal or technical difficulties.
• Administer all contracts and service agreements from award until completion.
• Ensure contract requirements are met for commitments, changes, and invoices. Ensure contracts are in accordance with the business unit's policies and procedures
• Responsible for cost analysis and control.
• Interface with internal and external customers to address contractual issues.
• Prepares Variation Orders and amendments for Company approval.
• Gather Contractual Data and prepare reports for internal business needs,
• Handles low to medium value/risk contracts
• Drafts appropriate contractual and commercial terms & conditions to best serve and protect Company's interests
• Prepares and administers tender packages, reviews and evaluates bids
• Provides general assistance & advice on contractual matters as required to support Company's operations.
• Document Management, to ensure all contract documentation is filed
