The role is responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. Expected to be attentive at all times to the guest’s needs and make them feel welcomed, comfortable, important and relaxed. Other key responsibilities are: • Greet guests, take beverage orders from the restaurant servers and/or directly from guests. • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with approved standards. • Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase or consumption of alcohol. • Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests. • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies. • Serve beverage, snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar. • Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of work space as required. • Stock bar and maintain proper inventory, preparing mis-en-place for each shift. • Provide guidance to guests in selecting beverage drinks. High School certificate or equivalent .

At least two years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant .

Experienced in HACCP and quality assurance implementation or Related Bar Training .
