Barge Engineer Marine Planner - Jack up Rig

• Supervise and coordinate all deck operations on the rig, ensuring safe and efficient execution of drilling and maintenance activities. • Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and incidents on the rig. Conduct safety meetings and drills. • Oversee maintenance and repairs of deck equipment, cranes, winches, and other machinery. Ensure equipment is in good working condition. • Assist in drilling operations, including wellbore preparation, casing handling, and pipe running. Collaborate with the drilling team to achieve drilling objectives. • Lead the deck crew in emergency response situations, such as well control incidents or evacuation procedures. • Maintain records of equipment maintenance, safety incidents, and operational activities. Prepare reports as necessary. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to deck operations and safety. • Maintain clear and effective communication with the rig's management team, other departments, and contractors to coordinate activities.
