Bar Waiter

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in a courteous and helpful manner
• Ensure that your assigned station is set up to company and hygiene standards
• Confidently explain and recommend selections to the guests
• Follow the instructions of the Barkeeper and make sure that all the guests are greeted and seated as they enter the Bar
• Attend meetings with superiors regarding the job
• Clear guests tables and bar counters correctly at all times
• Going out of their way to exceed their guests expectations
• Adheres to all hygiene standards and keeps the bar area looking impeccable
• Work effectively with the rest of the team to consistently deliver good service

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position
• Ability to communicate in English
• Knowledgeable about the wine/bar lists and types of wine and drinks
