Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in agri-business marketing & sales, preferably in hi-tech agriculture.
Must have good knowledge of local dialect (Chattigarhi language) Hindi and English
Ability to build and set up the entire marketing and sales team and proven track record for doing the same.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory) with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
The inclination to use technology as a tool for all service offerings.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment.
Agri-business graduates preferred but not mandatory.
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory).
Ready to travel to various locations in a given territory.
Well organized, keeping to deadlines, proactive and responsible.
Always ready to take up challenges.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment.
Experience in sales and marketing of high-tech horticulture products in a direct to farmer scenario is critical.
