- Lead a technical-link team to coordinate resources to support technology roadmaps and projects for each healthcare account.
- Use of Salesforce to both manage user account access and create/remedy trouble tickets generate from both customer and internal inquiries.
- Develop and automate network and mainframe system diagnostics as necessary using a variety of 3rd party software tools and utilities.
- Manage implementation of an EHR application within behavioral health agencies.
- Manage intake and setup of CCIS administrator accounts ensuring proper training and understanding of the web-based application.
- Manage multiple imaging-relate projects across both radiology and cardiology service lines, both inpatient and outpatient, to completion.
- Develop and administrate cloud backup solution for critical systems including hardware, cloud services and servers.
- Upgrade from R/3 version 4.6c to mySAP ERP 2005 and EP 6.0 to EP 7.0 ..
- Introduce SOA paradigm to the company.
- Provide backup support and maintenance of daily development cycles.
- Provide technical applications and training for several GIS software packages.
- Implement or perform preventive maintenance, backup, or recovery procedures.
- Escalate when need for emergencies and to avoid major customer impact.
- Perform various DBA duties in assisting both end users and developers.
- Develop customer data mapping requirements for EDI and custom application flat files.
