What are we looking for
A Culinary Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:
- Strong secretarial/adminexperience
- Knowledge of hospitality
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- Excellent planning and organising skills
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Vocational Diploma in Hospitality or Business Administration related
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends days afternoons and evenings

What will I be doing
As a Culinary Coordinator you are responsible for performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support the Kitchen departmentto deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Culinary Coordinator will also be required to communicate well with all contacts anticipate and resolve issues and update the Executive Chef and the Team Members about a variety of information. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- To provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation across kitchen outlets
- Ability to interact with others and act as a liaison between the Executive Chef and staff members to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively
