The Role
As a Lead Client Specialist you ll be the on-floor leader of our front-of-house team setting the tone for service professionalism and member care. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution team support and consistency rather than office-based management. Youll work closely with coaches facilities and operations to ensure members feel welcomed supported and looked after from arrival to departure. This role offers a clear pathway into broader responsibility for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the front desk and recovery floor delivering premium service daily
- Support train and guide Client Specialists to uphold service and brand standards
- Oversee daily FOH operations including:
- Member check-in and support
- Recovery suite scheduling and coordination
- Basic sales and membership enquiries
- Ensure smooth handoffs between FOH coaching and facilities teams
- Support launches events and community activations
- Maintain high standards of presentation organisation and member communication
Requirements
- 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality fitness or wellness
- Strong customer service mindset with natural leadership presence
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
- Comfortable working early mornings evenings and weekends
Preferred
- Experience in premium hospitality or boutique fitness environments
- Basic sales or CRM system experience
- First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training)
