We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment employee engagement and HR administration. This role provides hands-on experience in HR processes within an education center and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting shortlisting resumes scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records.
- Follow up on HR-related requests such as onboarding documentation reference checks and employee information updates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives including organizing activities recognition programs and feedback sessions.
- Help with HR administrative tasks including maintaining files preparing reports and supporting HR projects as needed.
- Learn and adhere to company policies labor regulations and HR best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and comfortable using HR databases.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in supporting HR functions.
