Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Korean providing accurate and timely support.

Requirements:

Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Availability to work onsite in Ras Al Khaimah 24/7 rotation shifts 8 hours per day 5 days per week.
