Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Homecare Registered Nurse (Female) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes ensuring comfort and promoting recovery. This role requires excellent clinical knowledge patient care experience and the ability to work independently in a homecare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes including administering medications monitoring vital signs and offering general health assessments.
- Collaborate with doctors caregivers and family members to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on care management and health maintenance.
- Assist with rehabilitation wound care and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided.
- Ensure a safe clean and comfortable environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the UAE (DHA/HAAD/DOH license required).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferably in homecare or clinical settings.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform independent assessments and treatments.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Female candidates only as required by the nature of the role.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on patient needs.
