Job Title: Charge Nurse Home Care (Abu Dhabi)
Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Position Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Nurse to manage our home care services in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of nurses ensuring high-quality care for our patients while handling administrative duties documentation and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage multiple nurses in the home care setting

Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care

Handle all administrative tasks including documentation scheduling and coordination

Maintain patient records and ensure accurate and timely documentation
-
Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies

Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in their daily tasks

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
Requirements:

Must have a valid DOH (Department of Health) license or eligibility for Abu Dhabi

Proven experience in home care nursing and team management

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and documentation

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities
