Job brief

Run administer and deliver Global project orders under the direction of Service Delivery Management aiming at the flawless execution of the project.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order delivery of all Global products efficiently and within the timeline maintaining KPIs to ensure right-first-time delivery
Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments/partners to provision the services within the agreed KPI
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements scope and objectives
Help prepare project proposals timeframes schedule and budget
Monitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
Use project management methodology to monitor working hours budget plans and money spend
Manage and Work closely with e&/Partners operation team and product team to ensure that services are consistently delivered to the expectations of our customers for the timeline and technical capability.
Arrange with respective stakeholders to issue all appropriate legal paperwork
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
Act as a Single Point of contact in establishing Network-to-Network Interface (NNI)
Ensure all activities are streamlined from the initial request for NNI creation to the final stage of NNI readiness for service (RFS) .
Ensure efficiency and collaboration across teams in adherence to business rules

Requirements

3 years of experience in project management in a related field
CCNA Certified
ITIL Certified
Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
BS/BE in a related field
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
