Responsibilities:
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads TikTok Snapchat and other platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets and results to meet defined KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing to experiment with ads and improve messaging.
Track conversions and interpret data to identify improvement opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with content and design teams to ensure ad alignment with marketing messages.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager).
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Creative thinking and willingness to test new strategies to improve performance.
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a cross-functional team.
