We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Marketing Specialist to support the planning execution and optimization of marketing initiatives for PR events and brand communication projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a passion for storytelling and the ability to create compelling content that enhances brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for events PR activations and brand initiatives.

Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and opportunities for brand growth.

Produce engaging content for social media websites email campaigns and promotional materials.

Manage and grow social media channels ensuring consistent brand voice and performance tracking.

Support the creation of marketing collateral including brochures presentations event materials and newsletters.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reporting on KPIs.

Suggest optimization opportunities to enhance ROI and engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.

Assist with promotional plans for events press launches and client activations.

Coordinate with media partners influencers and suppliers to support campaign goals.

Support onsite event marketing activities including branding photography coordination and live social posting.

Maintain marketing calendars timelines and asset libraries.

Coordinate with external vendors including designers printers and digital agencies.

Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all communications.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or related field.

5 years experience in marketing preferably in PR events media or agency environments.

Strong writing editing and content creation skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite Google Analytics email marketing tools).

Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Excellent communication organization and project management abilities.

Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
