Dream Com LLC, a leading tech company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a skilled NOC Engineer - L1 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a NOC environment, possess exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and maintain high SLA response standards. If you have a strong ITIL and CCNA/CCNP background, along with expertise in NOC monitoring tools and ITSM ticketing tools, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quickly categorize the nature of alerts and define alert incident priorities

- Recognize port numbers, IP ranges, subnets, and server device alarms

- Troubleshoot effectively without internet access

- Maintain SLA response times with zero breaches

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and uphold strong process knowledge

- Develop SOPs regularly and drive management information initiatives

- Utilize reporting and analytics skills for insightful reporting

- Ensure seamless operation of NOC monitoring tools and ITSM ticketing tools

Requirements & Skills:

- ITIL certification is mandatory

- Minimum CCNA/CCNP certification required

- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

- Proficiency in building and maintaining SOPs

- Experience in initiating and driving management information

- Strong knowledge of reporting and analytics

- Ability to troubleshoot effectively without internet access

- Excellent understanding of port numbers, IP ranges, and subnets

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional industry certifications are a plus
