ملخص الوظيفة
Preparing & updating Daily Delivery plan Delivery note & MTC.
Preparing Daily Delivery report in excel file.
Co-coordinating with Sales and production dept regarding daily delivery
Monitoring of delivery activities.
Taking special care of export deliveries to avoid the customer complaints.
Manpower management for Loading activities and Material Arrangement in warehouse based on loading plan.
Workplace Housekeeping checking.
Finished Goods inventory in Monthly and Yearly basis.
Coordination with Sales Dept for daily enquiries truck volume and packing list etc.
Reduce the aged stock & nonmoving finished goods from stock.
Reprocess Entry in oracle system.
Preparing Daily Delivery report in excel file.
