- Salary: 3500-4000 AED per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Admin for Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and experience in the oil and gas industry. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our site ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks at the site including but not limited to scheduling document management and record keeping.
- - Act as the main point of contact for all site-related administrative inquiries and requests.
- - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities including daily reports logs and other relevant documentation.
- - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks and projects.
- - Monitor and track expenses related to site operations and prepare reports for management.
- - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
- - Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees at the site.
- - Manage site inventory and supplies and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
- - Provide administrative support to the site manager and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an administrative role preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the oil and gas industry.
- - Fluency in English both written and verbal.
