Recruitment Drive Buildings and Residential (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

AECOM Middle East will be conducting recruitment drives across our UAE office to support our growth on construction supervision projects in Abu Dhabi Dubai Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah. The events will take place on January 31st & 1st of Feb 2026. 

We will be looking for candidates with a background in high-end residential developments and high rise / hospitality projects.

We will be recruiting for the following positions:

• Resident Engineers 
• Senior Resident Engineers
• Document Controllers
• Land Surveyors
• Engineers - Structural
• Engineers - Mechanical
• Engineers - Electrical 
• Senior Engineers - Structural
• Senior Engineers - Mechanical
• Senior Engineers - Electrical
• Architects
• Senior Architects 
• Inspectors - Mechanical
• Inspectors - Electrical
• Inspectors - Structural
• Inspectors - Architectural 

Candidates must be based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi for in person interviews.

Qualifications :

• Resident Engineers / Engineers: Bachelors degree in Engineering (relevant to the role applied for)

• Document Controllers / Inspectors / Land Surveyors: Diploma in Engineering (relevant to the role applied for)

• Architects / Senior Architects: Bachelors degree in Architecture
